I see below that a super M t/a diesel is mentioned.
when I was tall as knee hi corn my neighbor had a MD

I never hear the MD being posted. Not sure if it ran on kero or not but started on Gasoline, if I remember correctly.

I never had the opportunity to run it. but I think He mentioned something about a power-band too.

Is there a difference?

AN MD started on gas then switched over to diesel. A super M ran on gas. But there were also Super MD started on gas and then switched to diesel bigger motor. Then there is the Super Mdta ran on gas switched to diesel but had a torque amplifier. Super Mta is a gas tracor with torque amplifier . There is also distallate and LP tractors which i believe started on gas and switched over to its fuel of choice.

Thanks Tom ,
I never knew of so many variations of them.

Another neighbor had just a plain M as far as I know.
The only IH I ran was an H,

Other tractors include An Allis WD 45 Ford 8N and JD B. Always had to turn all around, especially the JD to back a wagon.~~ Oh I almost forgot the old Oliver that took two men and a boy to drive.

Guess I never was a farmer
