rocker arms, massey 165

I have a massey 165 with a perkins AD4 203 diesel engine. the rocker broke. this rocker arm has an adjustment screw and lock nut on it. When looki up a rocker arm, all the part houses say the rocker arm should not have the adjustment screw on it, but this does. Does anyone know how to find an adjustable rocker arm , or what engine they came out of?

It has and adjusting screw and lock nut,(thats for adjusting the vavle lash) Massy dealer Rickey

Maybe when you look up the arm it doesnt have the adjuster because the screw and locknut is sold seperatly.You can be sure the valves must have some means to adjust lash.
