Hey, thanks for the tip about the tires you traded in out in Sauk Center. The tires you traded in were the EXACT tires that I needed a match for. Called out there and they still had them, drove out and picked one up today. My good one has a little more tread, but those you traded will sure work fine too. I'd say those are 60% and mine is about 80%, but that's close enough for me.
I really appreciate your help in finding a match to the tire I had. The I.H. should be up and going tomorrow.

Glad to hear that it worked out for you- and thanks for the compliments. I dealt with Brad? He"s a good bud of my middle son, diesel mechanic who works at JD/Sauk Centre. Friederichs does all their tire work- the dealership does none on their own- different from around here, where my oldest son does all the tires at local JD. I really need to get back to Brad- never met him except over the phone, son was doing some work on my 4240, and since I wanted to sell a bigger nutz- the 4430, (BTW_ sold it today) I figured if I need to pull out the 4450, need something with more lugs than the DT710, so bought the Firestones with big shoulders. That was in Mar-Apr. Haven"t gotten the bill yet, but did write down what Brad noted about the good quality of the DT710s, including his trade in values. "Tink I should pay for them now? BTW- I bought them in the 80s,90s?, excellent traction in snow, but never liked the rounded corners for field work. Trashed one a few years ago, backing past a manure spreader hitch- like you- instant flat with fluid flying. Found a good replacement at Koronis- the wear was about even. Glad to be of help- over the years I"ve kept names and numbers of many suppliers of various things-easy to access many now.
