ive had the head welded and ground also new seals at sleeves/block and did valve job - all profesionaly. now radiator does not sound boiling when i shut down, now i still drain pint of anti freeze from crankcase plug before i start the engine, runs very strong

There's two places antifreeze can go to get in the oil. That's the o-rings around the sleeves or the head gasket.

You mentioned you had the head welded. Did it have a crack in it somewhere? If they didn't magnaflux it after welding it, the crack may still be there.

Antifreeze will tear up a rod or main bearing so I would only run that engine if absolutely necessary.

i'd drop the oil pan and see where the coolant is coming from. you may need to pressurize the radiator a little to get the coolant to leak.
