Mitsubishi Satoh Bison Tractor Question

Hey men,
I recently had the opportunity to purchase a Bison Tractor S-650G (1988 model). I was hoping to check with some experts here on the price. If I could the tractor for $3500 is it worth it? I"ve seen and drove the tractor, seems to run good and is in good shape. It also comes with a 5ft New Holland finish mower, which works great, but cosmetically it looks pretty rough - not cracks just surface rest and not much paint.

I could sure use some advice because I"m pretty green. If I did buy it and didn"t like it do you think I could get my money back out of it??

Good solid little tractors. BUT, parts are very hard to find for the gas motors and VERY expensive if/when you do find them.

IMO, anything over $1500 is too much.

I watched a gasser sell at auction here in south central PA for $1100 last year. Started right up and everything seemed to be working on it (at least to a quick auction walk-by inspection).

3500 seems steep...I bought one 6 years ago for 1800 and it's been a great tractor. If you get it, drop a line- I copied some old forum responses on cross references to Mazda car parts through NAPA, and if you go that route they really are not expensive to maintain.
My 650G still pulls manure 3x a week
