Massey 35 need to pull the head, it's stuck?

I need to pull the head off of my 1963 massey gas z134 engine. I have removed all the bolts, thermostat housing is off, exhaust pipe is off. Intake and exhaust manifold still on. Head acts like it it still bolted on. Some water seeping out the front but other than that no movement. There are two hex head fittings beside the head bolts I assume they are for water passage. Any suggestions, i do not want to mess something up by accident.

Rig up a fitting off of your air compressor that will screw in a spark plug hole. Put air to it & it will come loose. If not hit the head with a rubber hammer every time you walk by. It will come loose sooner or later but be patient as it has been bolted in that position for a good many years & is just stuck. Gerald

My parts book shows 15 washers to go under head bolts, so 15 head bolts. And four different lengths.
