Rantoul Motels Booked-up

I got on the Half Century of Progress website to find out where to stay and everything is booked up, you folks that are familiar with that part of the country where would you recommend to stay?

Champaign-Urbana 20+ mi. south is a large urban area, malls, all the chain eats and hotels and big box stores and if that fills I would be wondering where we will put all the people on the show grounds during the day.

yep, go to Urbana. All the major chains and easy access to the show via US45.

Might try the motels at Gilman. Il. about 32/35 miles north of Rantoul on I57 at about the 283 mile marker. Armand

Champain-Urbana area has tons of them we stayed there wehen they had the RED POWER show at Penfield which is just down the road from there.
