The oil return line blows off from under the dash on the 4430. Any ideas

Which oil line? There is more than one.

Probably the steering valve line. Replace it.

The ?? 5/8 Oil return line.... It's connected with hose clamps

Like msb said it's the drain line for the power steering. What you need to do is remove the steering valve and update it to a 50 series tractor hose that had crimped on ends. The valve needs to be disassembled to install a new fitting and you just replace the fitting in the clutch valve housing. chris
