Another reminder to be careful

Yesterday Marilyn's brother was helping a friend with a construction project and an I beam fell on her brother's hand, smashing the pointer finger and middle finger. They had to amputate the pointer and the middle finger is pinned.

I can't imagine how painful it is. About the only thing close that I can relate to is having the end of a pointer finger sewn back on and that was bad enough. Jim
 
Things happen real fast. My friend was having his wife move some steel plate (not a good idea) anyway she got her finger under piece, as it csme down and cut off her finger. My neighbor is hobbling around now because he dropped a rail road tie on his foot. Stan
