Seal for older servis rotary cutter 6ft

Older servis think number is 72. Need number for bottom seal. The one I put in it years ago I think was leather. The dealers have no idea and seem to care less. It is yellow and one heavy 6ft. They don't make them like this anymore.

Call Brian Brooks (Not me, friend of mine) at DN Equipment Parts. 877-885-4300. He can probably tell you what seal it takes off of the top of his head, and more than likely, has it in stock. If you call in the morning, it"ll ship that same day.

toby do you have the seal out? if not very carefully remove it without destroying it, there is a number on it, if its not on the outer steel ring, its stamped into the rubber that seals to the shaft, any good auto parts with the national seal book can look up the number and order it for you if they dont have one in stock, you'll probably have to find a older guy as thid requires the ability to read and may have to measure the seal with calipers, the kid at the counter wont know how to do that
