100% correct weather forecast

The weather forecastis.
You will be having weather. it will be what ever you get for your area. That's what the weather will be whether you like it or not.

Sorry couldn't resist it. When I was growing up one local resident used this as his 100% correct weather forecast and he was never wrong.

The forecast we used was = Day lite followed by darkness.

I once heard it said that you could exceed the prediction record of the National Weather Service if you simply said tomorrow's weather would be pretty much like today's. More often than not you would be right..

50 percent chance of rain is always right, it will or it wont. 50/50 never misses.

Also the Iowa State patrol road reports in the winter are 0-100% ice packed. Seems the rad conditions in July actualy could be the same.
