well whatever brand it is there is a sticker for the CAA or AAA so if you get stuck it looks like you can get a free tow

Wrong color for a Howard- they're more the color of the other implement in the foreground.

It's an Italian something or other- remember seeing them around, as "short lines" with other tractors. Muratori, maybe?

Looks just like my Howard Rotovator. Coincidentally, mine was painted dark blue, but I did find orange paint under some fasteners. I'd love to have another one if its for sale!
