Wards Twin Row/ Cletrac General Weight?

I should have my Wards Twin Row done and ready for a show and pull next weekend. I don't know if I should put the rear wheel weights back on for the 2500# class to pull. Does anyone know what one of these weighs? No starter or battery. Thanks, Dan J

We used to pull ours in the 2500 lb. class, no starter or battery either. I don't recall us having much for weights on it.

Sorry can't help with weight but just had to reply - I didn't know there were any more of the homely little devils around except mine. My wife says my Twin Row is so ugly its cute.

Where do you guys find parts for these things?

I have never bought any real parts for it. Just the normal tune up stuff, and that has been a while. Do you have any attachments for yours? Mine came with an Avery mounted plow, but not all the brackets. I am not even sure if the plow will fit on the tractor. I have been trying to find out if it will fit, and where to get the brackets needed. The tractor does have the manual lift lever on it.

No, no imps or attachments. I got it running after searching for a manifold for 2 years. Now it needs a radiator, I've bought two more and the radiator shop can't get enough parts out of the three to make one that works. With the thermosyphon, the radiator has got to be right or the flow will be too restrictive and it heats up.

I was tempted to pull the IXB3 out and find a little diesel to put in it, but it is all original otherwise and I hate to mess it up.

There is a guy in SE lower Michigan who has/had one that he put a Ford Tempo 4 cylinder diesel in years ago. I have talked to him in the past, never have seen the tractor just pictures. Looks pretty good, and I guess ran well.

For me, I am trying to find out if an Avery mounted plow will go on my Twin Row. I have the manual lift on the tractor, and I have the plow. I had seen a photo once of a mounted plow on a Twin Row. It appeared there are brackets that come from the front of the tractor back to the front of the plow. I don't have them. I would guess they could be built if a guy had a pattern.
