Hey,
I know some of you have or have had rabbits. I'll try to keep it short.
I ended up with a doe and two bucks that have been fed from one extreme to the next over the last year or so (I know, because I fed them now and then). I've seen them skin and bones and fat. Just acquired themabout 6 weeks ago in fat condition and decided togive them a little company when they hit the freezer. Problem is, the doe didn't get pregnant. Probably the overweight thing. Think if I get her back to size (along w/ the buck) she'll conceive? Or should I just butcher her and get another? Should be around 1 1/2 years old. Not any big breeding plans, just to put a little in the freezer and pay for thier feed.
Thanks, Dave
