Need price to sell 1948 Oliver HG68 Cletrac that runs

My family has owned a 1948 Oliver HG68 Crawler for generations and we would like to sell it. If anyone has recently sold this specific type of Oliver, I would like to know what it is worth.
Thank you in advance for any information.

without any more information than this why not just take the weight and multiply it by the price of scrap and let the bidding begin. To many variants unless your neighbor has sold one just like it recently

I have several. Here in New York, they often sell for $500-$1000 depending on condition. More if it has the rare aux. trans.

Around here, anything that even looks like it could run goes for 1500 and up N Idaho---it's a state of the mind

I suppose it depends on availability. This area of New York is a dairy farming region - soon to be an EX-dairy farming area. Cletrac HGs and OC3s were very popular farm crawlers, and to a lesser degree so were Terratracs, Deere two-bangers, and AC H3s and H5s.

There are still HGs all over the place. I see one for sale almost every week and rarely for more than $700. I just passed one up that was apart for $300. I just recently bought an OC4 diesel for $700 with an extra set of tracks, but the engine needs some work.

That being said, I've noticed that at my other place in Northern Michigan, just about all used farm equipment sells for much more then around here.
