Woods belly mower blades

I recently picked up a Farmall A with a 5' Woods belly mower. I cracked it out & mowed tonight. Each pass I made I noticed that the center blade wasn't cutting real well, leaving the grass partially uncut. All three blades are pretty well worn, so I was just wondering if anybody knew where I could pick up reasonably priced new ones? They are 20" wide. Thanks

Might just as well go to a Wood's dealer. I matched up a set of blades at tractor supply for my John Deere 316 !/2 the price and 1/4 the life. Put a set of new JD blades on and they cut good all last summer and only needed minor touching up this years so far. The Wood's blades on my RM-59 are still in good shape from last August and have cut 5 acres at least a dozen times. The cheap TSC blades were hacking on the 2nd time I mower with them. Stick with OEM blades.

I just bought a set for a woods 6' belly mower from Baileys online. They're a good source for chainsaw stuff also. I think my blades were about $45 for the set. Woods makes good stuff but some items are a bit pricey. I've had a little allis for quite a few years. The first belt I broke was almost $200. I shifted the location of an idler pulley to accept a standard belt which costs about $50.

Any implement dealer can get them for you.

When you take them off to resharpen them always rotate your blades.

What I mean by this is to move the left one to the right side, the right one to the middle and the middle one to the left side. This way they get even wear over time. Sometimes the center one will bottom out more often than the outer ones.
