You'll need a little imagination.

Hey folks,
It was a nice Sunday here so wife and I went to an offroad/camping show a few miles away. Parkind area was about 5 miles from the show so the idea was to park and jump a shuttle bus that was running. We had just missed the last bus before an hour break but was offered a ride that was more fun than the show itself. Didn't have a camera, but a wagon like the one in the picture was restored and had a bench the length of each side w/ a table down the middle. A beer keg/tap on one end and a bratwurst grill on the other. A very nicely restored version of the tractor was pulling it. It was the old guy that owned the tractor's (bought it new) birthday and 5 miles at >5mph worth of beer and bratwurst was free (we left a tip for fuel though).

Pretty neat. Got an invite to their club's monthly oldtimer drive also. Just have to catch it on an off weekend for me. I'll get some nice pics then.

My imagination probably works too well. The scene from "Young Frankenstine" comes to mind; the one where Igor and Inga pick up Herr Doktor in the hay wagon, and Inga asks him if he wants a roll in the hay?

Roll, roll, roll in the hay...

Werewolf?
Where wolf?
There wolf.

Good memory/imagination. These old wagons are kinda neat to have around. I've been watching for one to turn up within a reasonable distance. Usually find them for 50 bucks or so and up depending on condition. The sides double as ladders (ladder wagons) and you can also make/get solid sides. They are nice to fill up w/ hay and set on the pasture as a portable feeder. And, as I found out today, very nice picnic wagons.
