Question on row crop cultivator.

Im looking at buying a older 6 row cultivator to do some corn this year. I have a Hiniker 12 row with the single sweep now and use it on most of our farms. This year i rented some new ground, its farmed on contours, and is very rocky. I dont want to take my 12 row into it cause with the contours and the odd shape of the field i wouldnt be able to do a good job. Its only 73 acres so i dont want to spend much money.

Here is my question, what would be a better choice, danish tines or a c shank? Both seem to be in good supply around here. Im primarily using it to knock out volunteer corn. It needs good trash clearance and the ability to handle the rocks.

Thanks.
