diesel fuel price

Paid $2.04 for 1000 gallons #2 two hours ago. I called around yesterday trying to get the best price. Was quoted $2.01 yesterday but I didn"t order then. I was waiting for another supplier to call me back. The other place wanted $2.15 a gallon. Maybe I should have ordered more. I am thinking the price is going to crept up all summer unless the economy crashes.

I called last Thursday and was quoted 1.69 , told him to fill me .
He said I'll be out in the morning . I went to town to pay bills at the parts stores and when I got home he had left a message to call as soon as I could . I called & he said to late look out your window . He was pulling in . Boss told him it was going up 25 cents a gallon on Friday morning . I took the load .

That's BS! If they gave you a quote on thurs and you said do it. They should either honor the quote or should have got it to you on thursday at the price quoted.
