Need a scematic for the transmission parts ,,, Disassembly /assembly procedure would be nice ,, Got a broken fork on 2nd and reverse ,,, B-I-L says it appears that the fork wraps around shifting flange a good 20o plus degress ,, "HUH ,
I say,, never saw anything built like that,, most only reach 180 degrees " and have'nt tooka look in the tranny yet ,, anyway he thinks the shaft will have to be pulled in order to properly repair, if anyone has done this and would be willing to share their knowledge, we would be Most thankful , ....

I have a 5610S Ford tech manual Volume # 1 with this number 40561040 I'd sell you since I don't have the tractor anymore. I think it covers everything on the tractor. Mine was a very good tractor til it burnt.

I've never worked on that transmission but I'd suspect that the rails need pulled ad that will probably require removal of the rear case cover, so that's only a step removed from shaft removal.
You also need to iron out what you have....
Is this a '5610' or '5610 S'? There are differences in those tractors. Mabey not large differences in the crashbox, but different engines. You want to obtain the correct manual series when you go buying books....
