Then the "talking head" woman when i called back was just there taking up space evidentely.I dont know if i will get my parts or not . but whatever anyone does . We need to boycott this company . They have a website but that is a bad link Because it dont work . we dont need companys like that .

I've had strange dealings with them back in '02. They were one of the first companies to start making resto parts.

Mike,
I don't doubt you are having bad time with them especially after hearing Rob had strange dealings.
What is basically hung up on you? Either he did or didn't.

Sorry about the sketchy details . What happened , my phone was evidentally cutting out or something but the owner on the other line said " Go get a f****king phone" and then click.

Suggest you post this on the Buyer/Seller Feedback Forum. That's where most people go to look when considering a purchase from someone. Also, there are fewer posts on that forum and your post won't drop off the radar so fast.

I added this in the thread over in JD land as well:

I too had bad luck. I bought what they said was the correct battery tray for a JD LA. Called to make sure it was the correct one as the price was cheap and more in line with the battery tray for a JD M. Well, it was the battery tray for an M when it arrived at my house. I called, explained my situation, and asked if they maybe shipped the wrong one. Gentleman told me no, that was the correct one. Further explained that I had looked at many LA's and what he had sent did not match what the JD parts book showed either. He proceeded to inform me that the JD parts book was wrong and that just because I thought my tractor was all original that doesn't make it correct or actually original. They wouldn't take the battery tray back without a restocking fee and if I didn't send it back with shipping insurance they would not refund any money. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this outfit.

Start a paypal dispute.. That usually gets their attention.. they (sellers) don't like it when money gets taken back.

They are out of Mass and there has been a few people with horror stories. The Guys name is John Bozenkowski (spelling?)

Dang!! I am sorry to hear of the problems people have had with this company. I have only done business with them once, a few months ago. I got the parts I ordered and was pleased with them. I will certainly think twice before I buy from them again.

Mike,, You by chance use a screeeeechy, horrid, piece of crap (H)ell phone to make that call???? Not sticking up for the guy, but those crappy, book of matches type of wanna-be wakie talkie static box cellulars are enough to tick anyone off.... I hate them dang things,,, I wonder if the Chineese who puke out that crap in their factories laugh themselves to sleep every nite::: thinking of us goofy USA people trying to communicate with those worthless little things.... And much of that cordless landline crap isn't much better...It is hard to beat a corded landline.

One topic that I may be inclined to agree with this bugger on::: good working phones...

But no reason so swear at a customer!!!!!

That alone, is reason enough for me to back your Boycott..... Thanks for the heads-up on this bugger

Ive never bought from them, but they usually buy or bid on all my jd used generators and carbs that I list. Good Buyers, but again never bought from them

HAD SOME BAD DEALES WITH PAY PAL, ONLY GO CASH OR MO. OR CERITFITED CHECK WHEN I PICK IT UP. PAY PAL IS NOTHING BUT A LOAN SHARK TO ME. MABEY SOME HAD HAVE BETTER LUCK THAN ME, NOT FOR ME!

Just the latest jargon, basically, absolutely and all that cr$P.like "MORE SLOWLY" rather than slower. less cold rather than warmer, particuly rather than particulARly. he gained nothing.more direct, more level playing field, your personal group certificate.
get the drift. My old departed Teacher would have had a fit.

You must be finding trusting people. It way too easy to forge a Certified check and Money Order. I've sold a few things on ebay, and even in person. I will never accept Checks, Certified Checks or Money orders. If we are dealing in person, I get cash.. If its a bunch of money we do the transaction at a bank. If its online, which is the only place to get many things its Paypal. Paypal doesn't "loan" me money but they do charge a fee for me to accept money. It no different than Western Union (costs less actually) or some bank charging for Money Orders or Certified Checks.

They are out of northeastern Mass. I live in Mass and I almost brought my parts back in person. I still do not think I would have gotten anywhere that way. The guy is quite a jerk and many restoration guys around here (Western MA), will not deal with him anymore.

I as well had a bad experience with them, couple years back ordered a bunch of items off their website, took a month to get them, my credit card was charged in one day but it took over a month for my parts to come. They would not answer the phone, and did not respond to my emails inquiring about the order. A voltage regulator in the order was defective. I was surprised the order even came, I figured they went out of business, That was the first and last time I ever dealt with them...Tom
