Howdy folks,

Got word this weekend that my fiance's grandmother (86) was diagnosed with cancer. It's really got her tore up as well as her dad. Their family is extremely close so this is not easy on them. Doctor plans on removing one lymph node to see how to go about treating it. It is especially stressful on my fiance since we are just about at one month before we get married. Thank you very much and God bless.

Will do. This cancer seems to being going stronger and stronger every year. I know many people myself that are fighting it as well. God Bless
 
Glad to do it. My grandma went through cancer about 4 years ago at the age of 80. Doctors gave her a 5% chance of survival. The family had every church we could think of praying for her. She was over yesterday for a picnic with her grand kids and great grand kids. She just said yesterday that she'd do the chemo and radiation again in a heartbeat. Not something she looked forward to, but the thought of not being here to see the little great grand kids kept her going each day. Says she feels better now than she had for years.
I sincerely hope all goes well for your loved one.
 
I know how you feel.I was married in June of 1999,and my wifes grandma attended the wedding in a wheelchair with a crater in her head where they removed a tumor.I'll pray for You all.
