Try these guys I bought the spindle nuts from them. Only place I could find. Also try searching Google.

I have a Caroni 56" rototiller that I bought from the local CAL Farm store in 2005. Funny, just yesterday I dug out my papers on it to review the service requirements. From my notes, it appears that they were imported from Italy by Wallace MFG. I have no other info on Wallace, though. Maybe someone out there does, or you could google them. All of my papers/parts lists cover their flail mowers as well. I have exploded views, parts lists, and service procedures. If you'd like, e-mail me with your model # and I will arrange for you to have copies of what I have.
