hedge trimmers at home depot

One more time folks,
I was at home depot looking at hedge trimmers (gas). The top was an echo professional grade but there was a ryobi that was 2 inches longer and the handle swiveled for easier control. I've got about 60 ft of hedge that I need to give a good haircut (<3/4") and then maintain. Think the ryobi one is worth anything?

I have lots of Ryobi tools. Drill motors, planer, sawzall, 2 sanders . Some of these are over 10 years old and have never ever had a problem with them They just keep on working. I probably would buy the Ryobi because of that. Also,
Ryobi has a good customer service reputation. Hope this helps. I didnt realize they have HD in Germany. Henry

I have a McCulloch I quit using. Too heavy. Holding that thing up at chest high and reaching out over the hedge to trim the back along the top wears on the arms pretty quick. I just had about 10' of euonymous hedge to trim. I went back to manual clippers.
