We got 3.7" from 9PM last night to about 4AM in NW IN. Wow is there a lot of ponding. Going to be awhile before we can finish planting now. Mud, mud and more mud.

Seems to be like this every year. Either we are swimming or burning up and have no rain. Both conditions are bad,but I'd sooner pick the wet then the dry. I just hate to see everything burn up by July/august. Simple as this water =life

Yes to muddy. Rained 2 inches last night and tonight I will be riding bulls in the mudhole just like the last two weekends.

In my area of Michigan last night we may have gotten 4 inches of rain, I dont see standing water on my wooded land very often, but the rain is pi$$ing me off.

Guess Marv might as well stay here in Michigan and wait for OUR mud to dry up and plant here. He's 50 miles from the quad cities, been too wet there so they brought the planter up here and planted some. I planted my first yesterday, rain missed us last night and I disced some today. Next chance for rain is Tuesday. I've still got a lot of ground with standing water.

Well count your blessings it must be nice. We only had sprinkles and nothing to measure still in a drought 90-95 all week cracks in the ground not even 2" since last October.
