reverse direction gearbox

Over the years I have had a number of applications for a gearbox that could be PTO driven and reverse the rotation. It could be a 1 to 1 ratio or reduction. Does anyone know of one that is commercially available? Thanks in advance!

Boston Gear Works makes and sells them.
Putting a old 3 speed Ford PU tranny in the drive line will do it for less!!! JimN

We had an early 1950s John Deere hay chopper that had a reversible gearbox on the pto shaft. The end of the shaft drove the cutter head and fan by a belt. The pickup table ran off the 90-degree output from the gearbox. Neat setup that could be reversed without stopping. You might find something similar in a boneyard somewhere.

I have heard that a marine vee-drive has been used. Looking into this myself. Want to build a rock crawler with the engine rear-facing and a reverser between the engine and transfer case.
