Folks , Could I ask for a prayer for One of the finest timberman I know . , He Got Smacked HARD by a tensioned oak tree Today . no doubt storm damage refuse...Head Injury swelling/broken ribs . They stat/flighted him out of the woods , his son Was on the skidder and was at his side immediatly .. He was able to Walk Some ... for a while,..... University Hospital at Loiusville will keep a very Watchful Eye on him ..Thanx ,everyone , jim

Prayers sent. Wife got threw off a horse a few years back crossing hardtop road, was non responsive and bleeding from ears. Horse reared over backwards and landed on her so hard saddle straps broke. She had collapsed lungs, broken ribs, major concussion, and lots of bruises. PRAYERS WORK miracles. DOUG

Went To see Him Today ,, He cant speak ,But He knew Me , And gripped My hand as I spoke to Him In agreement and Encouragement ,No one Has told Him , but ,He is LUCKY to STILL be ALIVE ..1/2 his head is terribly bruised and swelled all over .. The fire dept. Guys that Loaded him Up were afraid he Would not Make the flight to Hospital ,He was deterioting So Quickly .. He Has a battle before him. Goods News is ,2 MRIs have positive results.
Happened onto the crew in Parking garage.Best They Could explain was that He was Cutting the 1st Fork of a single stump ASh tree .when ..TREE SPLIT, TRUNK SWUNG UP AND CAUGHT HIM IN THE MID SECTION , BREAKING HIS RIBS AND TOSSING HIM SOME 10 OR MORE FEET IN THE AIR like a ragdoll, AS THE TREE FELL iT tensioned back a 6''oak nearby and released it to SMACK HIM HARD fully ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS FACE. just as he touched the ground.! some loggerguys refer to this as a widowmaker smack.. BUT , he was able to walk down the hillsome 600 hundred feet with his son as he spoke with 911. All of Your prayers are certainly Appreciated , THANX! jim
