Arctic Cat trv

This may be a little off topic but because I use it around the farm I am hoping that I may get some solutions to my problem. My 2005 Arctic Cat 500 TRV has been running rough intermittently for the last couple of years. It starts good and idles fine and moves under light throttle OK as well. It is under heavier acceleration that it starts to run rough and won't smooth out. My neighbor has the same machine and we have systematically switched out the following parts from his to mine and it has made no difference, the complete carb with auto choke assembly, the coil and spark plug and regulator and the cdi unit. I have also unplugged all the wiring harness plugs and used dilectric grease when re-assembled. Have also checked the ground and other electrical connections. We are kind of stumped on this one so am looking for any more things to try before taking it to the dealer to be fleeced! When this started it was very infrequent but is now most of the time. thanks, Leon

I found the problem in the reverse limiter switch. It was cutting in while going forward. Just have to figure out how to fix it now. thanks for the input. leon
