Hi, I appreciate your OT post, and will check the video out when I go the the library where there's high speed internet. It's refreshing to see a post, off topic or otherwise that isn't a abundant or conservative-bashing rant, and talks about ordinary Americans getting by in rough times.

Please don't think that the original post isn't abundant or conservative bashing. Norman Lear is a raving abundant whose actions and efforts are detrimental to an orderly, decent society. In my opinion, his efforts are anti-American and anti-Christian.

If you believe in a Godly, moral society, you won't want anything to do with anything related to Norman Lear, including his devious selection of the use of "Born-Again" in his devisive organization.

Well somebody gotta say it so I might as well - I take issue with the statement that "our president is trying to reestablish the good name of America". I heard some of his speechs he gave in while he has been in Europe and it is unbelievable how he is sympathetic to Anti-American sentiment in Europe.

I bet Barbara Striesand sings the background vocals and Jane Fonda tells of how we must reach out to the villagers of impoverished Viet Nam, a country still scarred by the aggression of our Imperialist past. Perhaps a plea to feed the North Koreans, who have been isolated by our Capitalist hegemony.....a poor tiny country that has been forced to spend billions developing nuclear warheads and ICBM's instead of feeding it's citizens.

Yes....we must do something via activism. First thing should be to take our nation back from the sniveling abundant pacifists, drive the homo's back into their closets, and whittle out a new Big Stick and not be afraid to wield it...especially on little yellow midgets in backwater People's Republiks.

Spread the word about how great it is to live in America! Actually, as of 9:15 am Wednesday, 4-8-2006, this video has been viewed by 6,155,662 folks. It's really striking a cord with Americans.

Mark, you obviously have not seen or listen to the video. Jane and Barbara are no where near or in this video. You wouldn't find them and many other Hollywood types being associated with this video no way, no how. The video is pro-American. Go to the website and read the bio's of all those who sang or played in this video. Each one of them has an American Story to tell that will touch everyone's heart.

Sounds like a promotion that a radio station here in mid Michigan had going back in about 1974 when the country was on the skids. Send them a self addressed stamped envelope and they'd send you a button that said "join the FAN club". FAN stood for Faith in America Now. Did about as much good then as this scam will.

thats funny , I got an email a few mins ago about to preserve our country to meet in d.c. sept 4 at the capital building with your guns to take america back from the frauds and rich that govern us now.
they said they are hoping to get 5 million minimum to accomplish this.
sounds like the place to be and maybe they can get it done.
guess it can"t hurt.

I would like to give my opinion about this. I think that it is time for America to sit back and let some of these other countries to step up and keep the world straight. I think if they don"t like what were doing then we"ll just get out, and when they come crying back to us, we just make them pay for protection, instead of the honest American taxpayer having to foot the bill. Just my opinion, take it or leave it.
