Zero turn clutch bolt torque?

I am repairing a zero turn mower for a neighbor. The clutch for the mower deck mounts onto the crankshaft, and the bolt, a 7/16 x 20 that threads into the stem of the crankshaft broke. Mt neighbor tried to repair it, but broke an easy out in the crank stem. I ground out the easy out, and drilled and tapped it for a 5/8 -11 bolt. I assembled the clutch back on the mower, tightened the bolt, enough to collapse the lock washer, but I am unsure of the torque required in this instance. Any ideas?

Spooky, couldent find anything in my Kohler manual for the clutch torque for you. However my Kohler 27hp on a Exmark z mower decided to blow last fall, got a new short block $$$$$$ and I bolted the clutch on at 60 ftlbs-+, 73 hours later and no problems. This is a horizontal crank motor. Maybe just check after a few hours running time if you can HTH J
