OT: Yamaha Rhino Off-Roader Recalled After 46 Deaths

I don't blame Yamaha/Rhino for these deaths, to be honest. There are a whole lot of idiots out there who treat these things like toys.

The link states that several of these deaths involved unsupervised children and/or riders without safety belts.
 
Too many people look at ATV's, jet skis, etc as toys, and toys arent' supposed to hurt you.

We once had a renter in our farm house who let his 7 year old son run around unsupervised on a snowmobile with his 4 year old brother as a passenger. Thankfully, the whole crew has disappeared over the horizon.
 
Isn't the Rhino supposed to be a utility type vehicle along the lines of utility vehicles like the JD Gator? If people are running, jumping, treating them like a sport quad, it's no wonder they upset and the drivers get hurt. Like Ron White says, "You can't fix stupid".
