Finding cork for old tractor bolt holes

Does anyone know of a good source to purchase a large amount of cork material from. I want to put new cork in the holes of my tractors to prevent dirt getting in to them and preventing them to rust out.

Thanks

mcmaster-carr. tapered cork plugs, i beleive you need size 3 for 1/2" , size 5 for 5/8" and size 7 for 3/4" bolt holes. less than $15.00 per package of 100 corks

The cork is worse on the holes then nothing. The ones I had that were still corked and I needed the holes once the cork was dug out the threads were pretty rusty. The cork also holds the moisture in.
Best way is to use a short bolt & neverseize to plug the holes.

Try a local pipe supply store or any hydraulic hose shop. They should have little plastic plugs used to cap off the ends of fittings (availble for internal,or external applications). These have worked well for me over the years.

A shot of that expanding foam insulation stuff that comes in aerosol cans should do the trick...just cut it off level with the surface of the hole once it sets up....maybe coat the threads with light grease or something beforehand to make foam removal easier if you ever want to use the bolt holes...
