I have seen post on here about living in Gods Country. I don't know how many of you realize it but Gods Country is actually in Sango TN where I keep my tractors at a lttle spread called Crawfishcorner.

109 acres of hardwoods around a 15 acre lake , a big barn modified for living with fireplace. great fishing.Iin the North Ga. mountains. Totally private.Prettiest place I've seen yet but I haven't been everywhere.Our large family is lucky.

ddl - where bouts in SW kansas are you - I don't think there is too many people sw of me .
But sw Kansas is also home to me- grew up in Garden City.
Talking about big blizzard tonite and tomorrow- We need moistur SO BAD we will take it any way we can

I spent some time not far from Sango and wasn't too impressed..............could'a been 'cause some crazy DI was screaming in my face most of the time.

GUYS, Ya'll have missed it completely!!!!
No place but T E X A S. Yes Summer is hot BUT None to little Snow in the Winter Spring and Fall is picture perfect. I heard one of you mention playing golf......Yes 350 days a year, the other 15 days it's raining. Rag top convertable weather most of the year. People wear shorts down here as much as people in S Florida or S California do. No dressing up and looking like the Mitchlen Man in the dead of winter.
Tonight low of 70 to 65 degrees our windows and doors are open fans running hopping for a little more rain. Yes we are in an 18 month drought and need some rain we are avout 24 inchs behind the norm right now..... Even now,,,,,No Place but TEXAS!!!

My Dad's family had a house on Kuka(sp) Lake in New York when he was young. I was only back there once when I was about 9, but I did think it was awfully pretty. Nothin like this little valley I'm living in now though, Prettiest place on earth...
