Shifting pattern Allis Chalmers

Does anyone know the shifting pattern for a 1949 Allis Chalmers model B. Also there are two free spinning iron wheels on the back of the tractor under the seat. Any ideas as to what these wheels are for?

A picture of the wheels I assume?? I am currently offshore working, when I get in I will take a picture and post it.
Thanks

If my memory is correct, on the right side up is 1st, down is reverse. One the left side, up is 2nd, and down is 3rd.

The shifting pattern will be exactly as cast beside the shifter stick.

Any thing spinning under the seat would have to be the power takeoff and or belt pulley which both spin when the lever is engaged. They should only be engaged when wanting to use one of them or the hydraulic punp. All works at the same time or none.
