massey 165 power steering

I had a leak in my power steering pump so that the fluid would leak into my crankcase. After removing the pump to replace the seal i noticed that a brass part inside the gear housing was worn to the point where it was in two pieces and that the rubber seals were flat and hard. Can these parts be purchased and replaced? So far I haven't had any luck finding a kit.

I have had success finding PS parts for my MH 65 at AGCO. Some of their dealers seem to lean toward small equipment, but a phone call should save you an unnecessary trip. The Massey board is where I would have posted your question, but no harm no fowl. Follow this link to find a parts source.

Jim, Those parts are sold individually and some
by kit. Someone would have to know if 165 is
Continental gas, Perkins gas, or Perkins diesel
and poss pump manufacturer and pump no. Not all
pumps use the same parts. Chuck

the # on the pump the best I can make out is 23E25G2R and the # inside the pump is C2p-1013D
