I just purchased a Skid loader international harvester 3200. It has a 4 cylinder air cooled wisconsin. In a recent turn of goof, events i blew the oil out, suspect a head gasket. Not sure what all i need. Looking for two things. Some genius has removed the id tag from the engine. So if some one can tell me what wisconsin model i have that would be great. An illistrated parts list would even be better. Thanks for any help or idea on this yo might have. Jeff

HOW can you "blow the oil out" of an air-cooled engine (with a "dry head") through a bad head gasket???

I have 4 of the 3200 skid steers. It has a VH4D wisconsin engine. It is 30 HP. it is possible to blow oil out into the breather tube that is connected to carburator making it smoke lik e a freight train. this is caused by tipping the machine forwarnt up on its nose too far. If this ddnt happen then the only other way it could blow oil is if a piston blew. I just rebuilt one of these engines last year. it took 900 bucks and my labore but it a greaty little powerfull machine.
