electronic ignitions

I recently had a 6 volt electronic ignition installed on my farmall 200, however it sounds like it has a bad miss in it. This was dealer installed they don't seem to have any ansewers. What might be causing this problem

Sounds like a case of "If it ain't broke, we'll fix it 'til it is"!

They MAY have swapped the plug wires for two cylinders, or the EI kit MAY not match the distributor.

I HOPE you haven't PAID them for this "improvement"!

All ignitions use electrons.I think Otto Benz used a hot wire heated in a gas flame.I have run Farm Alls for many years with the old ignitions that worked fine with minimal care.My JD has a magneto and the Ford has been running for 20 years on the same set of points.
