case 1570 clutch problem

I have a Case 1570 and the powershift seems to work fine. The problem is when you try to let out the clutch it engages at the end of pedal travel and does not have any slip. Should it start inching prior to engaging. It does not inch at all. Could this be an adjustment or is something wrong. Again, the powershift seems to shift just fine. The problem is that it just engages when starting and there is no way to take off easy

c2 clutch pack in the power shift is the inching clutch and you should be able to control it like any other clutch, wonder if you have a valve body problem, post on the Case forum, guys like mEL has alot more experience on the rps34 power shift than I do, despite the negative comments on the ps it is a good trans. and most problems can be attributed to dirty fluid due to lack of maint. and driver error

ck clucth rod under hood and cross shaft,piviot pin. then on the bottom of cluch spool is two springs a washer popit
