crescent forge, still in business?

I tried to contact Crescent Forge for some moldboards and shares, phone number on their website says its disconnected, e mailed them but got no response, anybody know anything about them? What happened?

Guys,
A salesman for that firm told me via a phone call that "The owner has a lack of interest in the business". Seems he is more interested in another business he owns. The owner has suggested he would like to sell Crescent. I hope it does not close permanently.

Crescent is closed. A prospective new owner is working to get some financing. Is there anyone interested in a good investment? I met with them last month. There is some inventory made up. I hope we can work together to keep this 107 yr. old company in business. Earl Seamands Mahomet , Illinois
