Get scammed on E bay ??

I don't always watch 10 minutes of youtube, but that was worth downloading.

For dialup folks, a gal was selling cell phones on ebay, but had it worded that she was selling pictures of the phones. For about $250 a piece.....

Someone bought 2 of them, & got 2 pieces of paper - the pictures.

Judge Judy was not happy.....

Also fined $5,00.00 for the plantif. For once in my life I liked Judge Judy's big mouth.

A while back we had a local kid in his late teens do the same thing, he"s now in Waupun prison waiting for the day his backside will quit hurting!

In addition to the fine, Judge Judy planned to contact CPS because the lady's 5 yr old was completely unable to read. She also was going to contact the IRS and report the Ebay income which no doubt these folks had not put on their taxes.

What I would like to know, is how did the plaintiffs locate the seller?

Judge Judy was right. The seller was stupid. So stupid she actually showed up in court.

How did they contact the seller? That info is readily available to any buyer. That is one thing that ebay and paypal do right.
