Horse plow info anyone ?

Fella is calling it a "walking plow" I am asuming a horse drawn plow.

On one side is the letters M-11 and close to that P 1818.

The other side has, No. 21

Any idea as to age , and who manufactured it ? Thanks !

a walking plow would be pulled by the horse as the farmer walked behind, a sulky plow would be one that the farmer rode while being pulled by a horse. a picture would be helpful.

Oliver #21 plow. Walk-be-hind tractor pulled used to bust up really tough ground.
