Very short article in paper couple days back- she wants family house and a few million dollars, says it was hers" before marriage. Federal prosecuter checking New York state community property laws, tax returns and reviewing some kind of pre-nup paperwork her lawyers trying to present as proof. McCain housing situation from last year when he couldn"t remeber how many houses he had- whose name is house titled to, who paid taxes on seperate returns, what does state law and bankruptcy court say about assets of spouse. John Kerry supposed to have similar situation with wifes property- he can"t use it to get a loan for campaighn expenses, show wife isn"t a complete idiot. Just publicly hang Madoff as object lesson to other crooks. RN.

I'm still trying to figure out why he is in trouble. He just pulled the same scam the nnalert have been pulling with social security for more than 70 years. At least his victims had a choice, the money wasn't stolen out of their paychecks every week.

I don't care what parties The Mr. M gave to, but If she can prove the money and property was hers before marriage,let her have . But if made from HIS money trading, then sorry toots!
He's just more proof that no matter who you are and if you have no shame or guilt, then fleece anyone you can, for as long as you can.
