Bearings for IH Diesel.

Looking for a set of main & rod bearings in 20 or 30 under for a Super MD , 400 or 450 Internatrional. Neither Clevite of F-M have them any more. IH does not have a main set but has bearings in 30.
 
go on ebay and do a search for Farmall MD there is or was a set on there from Berkshire Implement. He is good to deal with and has many parts for the MD series. He is located in Royal Center Indiana. If you want his number just let me know and I can get it from my paperwork.

Oh and by the way Those bearings are REALLY, REALLY expensive so just be prepared.

Weberstractorworks has a set of mains .030" undersize for the MD, but my manual says the Super MD journals are the same as the MD. Cost $450.00. I guess you've checked with Geo Miller. Hal

PS: They may be able to get undersize rod bearings.
 
Yep that's wright , the only ones left are old stock . I even tryed talking with the companys several years ago about making a new run on them and there answer was that they are and old out dated engine and NO BODY is messing with them any more . They just need about 50 people a year callen the corporate hQ . raisen holy heck for bearings . The big wigs have know idea on just how many of these old engines are being brought back to life . Same goes for the WD 9-650D and TD 14's .
 
Is there any reason those shells can't be babbited and cut to size? Check with Paul's Rod and Bearing (816)587-4747
