Are they the standard Model A car wheels and are they a 21" wheel, later A Car wheels were 19"

Hi Leroy, I have model a wheels on it now. The tractor came thru with wide steel wheels in 1929 . This tractor was used for golf course greens. not road use. Thank You

All of them I have seen were on rubber, none with a steel wheel like that.
