Rossi H12 hay rake

I need to replace my hay rake. I am looking at a 12 wheel high capacity bi-fold wheel rake. I H&S"s rake. The closest I could find used is 400 miles away.
There is a Rossi H12 being advertised for sale a couple hundred miles from me. Before I look at it, I was hoping for some feed back from those who have one. Can anyone help me out on this?

Well, this is sorta comparing apples and oranges, but I had a 5 wheel 3ph Rossi and had no complaints about the quality of construction. I can't reccommend 3ph wheel rakes but that's a design problem.
