OT/ Wife's back from TX.

Hey folks,
Thanks for the tips. She had a great time and took about a gajillion pics. Houston to FW to San Antonio to Houston. Said everyone was friendly and helpful (to include a couple of drunk guys at a gas station) Got to see her rodeo and get some real good food. She was impressed with everyone she ran across (except she got a little aggravated with her travel partner and the folks they visited (Germans) ) and everything she saw. She picked up a real nice horse and is back home.

She came from Sturgeon, Mo., just a foundation bred mare. Nothing special, just big, pretty (Grulla but tastes vary) and friendly. Had to go to TX for quarantine prior to shipping. If you'd like, I can post some pics as soon as she gets them downloaded.

Not intentionally, but when I first got over here I saw a stand that was selling some nice looking sausage and salami. Everything was horse meat. Tasted OK to me.
