Here this morning just outside Farmington it is 6 above with lite snow falling. Seems like we have had a lot of winter this year. Here are some pics from nicer days this past year. I'm headed out to do chores so you guys enjoy these while I'm gone.

Bill, thanks for the pictures, nice equipment it looks like a trip back in time.I bleed the same color as you, Farmington what state ?

AWW! Thanks for those pics. I am an IH man, but I also grew up with the ol johnny poppers in the neighborhood. I love them as well. Those pics bring back memories of helping neighbors and relatives as a kid. Keeping it simple, that is refreshing to see. It's a shame that these machines and small equipment are being replaced by the mega acreage stuff. I know why, I just say it's a shame. I would like to see your whole collection of machinery, if ya ever get a chgance to post! Hint hint!

Nice, nice pics. Thank you. I spent many hours on a '51 A, planting and cultivating. After that it was a 630.Jim

Awesome pictures! I have wished many times I could have been a part of the agriculture era of the late 1940's and the 1950's. What a time that must have been when two cylinder Deere's and the other great tractor manufactures were putting simple, dependable machines on to our nation's farmland.

This is how we check corn in my part of Illinois

Love those pics! Just what I need on an 11 degree day to help me remember that things will be OK in about four months. Keep them coming.

That is farming at its best. Great pictures. Makes you wonder why we needed to improve on that type of farming.
