You got a jet stopped up. Take the Jet out that holds the bowl on. Get a strand out of a small piece of copper wire; carefully punch holes out including any that goes through the side. Look carefully. From now on keep fuel stabilizer in your fuel. All of the fuel now has ethanol in it. Let it set 60 days and it turns to chewing gum and settles in the low spots and holes. It has ruined a lot of small engines. I have found lots of small engines especially vertical shaft engines with galled cylinders. The ethanol causes the float needle to leak. Raw fuel runs down the cylinder into the crank case. Run it long enough and it will blow all of the oil out of the crank case through the muffler. On a vertical engine check the oil frequently especially if it has been setting. If it is too full, smell the dip stick if it smells like gasoline, you got a problem. Use stabilizer in your gasoline, It will save you a lot of money and frustration.
