Fishing

Yes. Not becaues it tangles as such, but because it changes fishing locations and populations. Not a good thing. Minnesota has a lot of it, the warnings and policies do little for limiting it due to the very small amounts that it takes to transfer it to a new location. A trailer frame will fill and exchang water with every lake it enters. JimN
 
Lake Champlain in Vermont has gotten terribly infested with it along with just about every other body of water. They've tried some sort of a harvester to get rid of the stuff, but they didn't do it this year because it was ineffective. Theres an idea for entreprenuers. If you could find a way to get rid of that stuff without harming anything else there is millions that this state alone would be willing to pay.
 
No- at my age, the problem has been with European GILFs or American FDICSSAs, along with the occassional Thonged Cougar.
I can trap 'em all, but the wife makes me release them back to the wild
 
What do you have against using the term OT? When somebody does a search for that term and it starts bringing them to this forum,how long do you think you're still going to be posting here?
 
PS,young Lanse is only 15. I'd think that if anybody really wanted to push it,you could do some serious prison time for posting such things on the internet for minors to read.

Just google the initials and you'll understand why it's inappropriate for a family forum and why the 'regulars' are offended. Wouldn't be the first time someone has been banned...........

A lot of dummies on the forum this morning.The man was refering to Milifoil a bad weed that is getting into our lakes.Its spread by fools that are to lazy to clean the weeds off propellers.Trailers should be checked for weeds as soon as they are clear of the water.
 
Lanse,I hope you realize that Plow Hand was refering to a weed that is choking our lakes.It comes from asia along with the snakehead fish,chestnut blight,long horned beetle and emerald ash borer.
