I bought a VAC and when you pull it to move it or jack up rear end and spin the tires they almost make one turn forward, then the left one starts to go backwards. (it locks up then goes in the other direction.)Any suggestions would be a great help. Do I take the PTO out to look at differential? Or is it in transmission?
